the evidence that was collected included a dog collar, nine green plastic bags, twine, black plastic bag, duvet cover, plastic cable ties, a scarf, hair fibers and a report on the state of the body. During the evidence collection prosese there were not reported faults in the way the evidence was handled and there were also no disputes in how the chain of command was handeld making this case very easy to take to court and have sufficent evidence. Even when the investigation was taken to a pet store there was no problem with how laws were followed during the investigation with them. The investigation in terms of a legal sense had no faults.
